"Wonderful"
It’s a small family run business so it’s quite intimate. They have an array of animals that also live there (7 dogs, 11 cats and 4 iguanas). The staff were all absolutely beautiful - super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The owner is also lovely, comes and has a chat with you throughout your stay. Lots of services delivered in-house which was great (massages, spa treatments, Balinese cooking class, laundry service). The gardens are absolutely beautiful and the whole place has a really tranquil feel about it,

Staff is super friendly, for me personally it was a little too much at times. But you can really see that the owners have an eye for hospitality and details and train their staff accordingly. Resort and room were beautiful and all the services on the resort were great.
